Delivery

We aim to dispatch any orders placed by 2:30pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) on the same day, regardless of your postage option.

Our free standard UK delivery service, which does not require a signature, aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

We also offer a 'Rapid Tracked' service at an additional charge, which usually arrives within 1-2 working days.

We do not currently offer shipping to Europe.

All Rest of World parcels are sent on the most economical tracked service. Duty and taxes may be payable by the recipient, and these charges are beyond our control.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Your Backdoorshoes® are insured in case they do not arrive. However, 99.9% of parcels were delivered in good time this year. In the rare event of a delay, we need to allow up to 21 days from the order date before we can consider the parcel lost. We cannot replace or refund orders until 21 days have passed.


Returns

At Backdoorshoes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free exchanges and refunds. 

Need a different size? No problem!

Need a different design? No problem!

Changed your mind and would just like a refund? No problem.

 

Below are our full policy guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

  1. Timeframe: 
    • Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
  1. Condition of Products:
    • Footwear must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items showing signs of wear or damage due to improper use will not be eligible.
  1. Proof of Purchase: 
    • Your online order number, or other proof of purchase is required for processing any request.


Exchanges

  1. Size or Design Exchanges: 
    • If the size or design isn’t right, you can exchange the product for another available option of equal or different value.
    • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference, and we will contact you.
    • If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  1. Refund & Reorder
    • For speed, some customers prefer to simply reorder a different size or design directly from our online store and then send the original order back for a full refund. We are happy to accommodate this method.
  1. Process:
    • For online orders, please follow the return instructions below to send the item back to us. 

Refund Policy

  1. Method of Refund:
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  1. Processing Time: 
    • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

How to Return an Item for Exchange or Refund

  1. Prepare Your Return: Pack the footwear securely in its original bag/box along with all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
  2. Include your name, address and original order number.
  3. Return Method: We recommend shipping back to us using a trackable shipping method. 
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  1. Inspection & Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

We will cover the shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
